Versa pipe casings provide a high level cover up
As part of a key social housing refurbishment programme in Yorkshire, the local authority is using n-case Versa pipe boxing to conceal long runs of pipework and cabling in high rise tower blocks, which supply water and gas to each dwelling.
Hundreds of metres of lightweight and durable Versa 5 boxing were installed in the 16-storey building, over a 4 month period to provide a clean and more aesthetic finish to the project by concealing unsightly pipe work.
The Versa boxing is fixed using tamper-proof security screws, covered by white caps to match the pipe boxing’s white melamine finish, allowing maintenance staff to undertake routine servicing while restricting unauthorised access.
