Our Riva and Riva-D range of pre-formed pipe boxing offers a quick, easy and cost-effective method of concealing skirting level pipework on projects involving the refurbishment of heating systems, or the installation of individual ground source heat pumps in flats.
Like Riva and Riva-D, our Versa pre-formed pipe boxing can be used in horizontal applications and is regularly installed in a wide range of retrofit fire sprinkler projects, as well as covering pipework in flats, lobbies and corridors. For applications where flame retardant boxing is required, Versa FR pipe boxing provides an ideal solution.
Pipework, valves and flues associated with high efficiency boiler installations can be hidden easily, with our purpose designed boiler pipework casings and, as they are free-standing, they can be easily removed and replaced without damage, allowing unrestricted access for routine inspection and maintenance.
All Versa, Riva and boiler pipe casings are manufactured from pre-formed plywood using sustainably sourced UKTR compliant timbers and are pre-finished with white resin impregnated decorative paper, so that they don’t require painting, which helps to save time and money on site.
Where external services, such as gas supply and distributed heating system pipework needs to be concealed and protected, together with exposed pipework or cabling on air source or ground source heat pump installation pipework, Arma metal boxing provides a tough and durable solution. Also, as it is non-combustible, Arma can also be used to conceal interior sprinkler pipework in communal areas where no sprinkler heads are present.
Bespoke manufactured from strong, lightweight and corrosion resistant aluminium, Arma profiles can be specified with an external flange fixing or with aluminium angle brackets, allowing either option to be readily secured to external walls using and suitable fasteners.
