Encasement’s first-class finish at luxury Cowes apartments
Aesthetically decorative, durable column casings from Encasement have added further style to the eye-catching collection of exclusive new apartments at Vantage Point near West Cowes on the Isle of Wight.
The 14 luxury homes in this prestigious waterfront development overlook the finish line of most sailing events held on the island including the world-famous Cowes week regatta. Each has a grandstand view of activities around the island and across the Solent.
Meticulously designed to maximise light and the panoramic views, the properties are finished to the highest specification both inside and out.
Encasement supplied 34 preformed plywood Circa column casings to protect interior columns and add to the elegant décor. All of the structural columns inside the properties have been tastefully concealed by 300mm and 350mm diameter plywood casings, finished in the white laminate which has added to the interior’s contemporary design.
Ten 400mm diameter external Forma aluminium column casings have also been supplied by Encasement to conceal structural support columns at the front of each apartment. The 3mm thick aluminium casings are finished in white PPC to withstand even the toughest weather conditions.
Each column casing is fitted with a skirting collar at the base along with vertical jointing and infill strips which further enhance the aesthetics of the finished installation.
Vantage Point has been built by leading developer Banner Homes. The development includes 12 luxury two-bedroom apartments, a four-bedroom penthouse and a five-bedroom detached home.
