There might be more than one way to box in unsightly boiler pipework, but Encasement boiler casings are not only extremely cost effective to install, but continue to save you time and money when undertaking regular maintenance.

By using a rigid free-standing, one-piece design, our boiler pipework casings can be easily removed and replaced for routine servicing and maintenance without damage or hassle on-site.

While some casing kits with individual components can initially appear to be a cheaper option, the labour costs involved in assembly, fitting and finishing can quickly make them uneconomic when compared to our simple pre-finished, free-standing solution.

Simple to fit and no need for follow up visits

Gaining follow-up access to properties is an ever-increasing problem for installers, so our casings are designed to be easily fitted by plumbers and heating engineers, which saves even more time and costs as no further visits are needed.

Our casings can also be manufactured to suit any boiler dimension you need, which can be supplied in either 495mm or 3000mm lengths to trim on-site. Not only are they the perfect fit, but also give a great finish and can be easily removed for maintenance. This reduces servicing time and avoids incurring additional costs for the repair or replacement of fabricated casings, which often have to be dismantled or even destroyed to gain access to valve gear and pipework.
