Forma metal column casings from the Verta range have been installed at Lime Wood Primary School in Erith, Kent to conceal structural supports located around the circumference of the school’s innovative circular design.

Part of the school’s circular structure is supported on columns around its perimeter, which are covered by ten 750mm diameter Forma column casings, manufactured from 2mm thick aluminium, which is weather resistant and strong. Standing between 5.2 and 5.5 metres high, the casings have a PPC finish in RAL9020 Chrome Green, which integrates with the design scheme.

The school is run by the Woodland Academy Trust and provides education for up to 650 pupils from nursery up to year six.
