Comprising of pre-formed internal & external corners, joint covers, fixings and special pipe collars, the extensive range also incorporates dedicated boiler accessories, such as the document wallet along with a selection of easy to fit inspection panels to enable compliance with relevant regulations on flue inspection. Internal corners
A range of easy-to-fit one-piece, prefabricated 90° push-fit corners, finished in white and dedicated to Riva and Versa products, which enable them to be easily located and installed around internal corners.
External corners
A range of easy-to-fit one-piece, prefabricated 90° push-fit corners, finished in white and dedicated to Riva and Versa products, which enable them to be easily located and installed around external corners.
Stop ends
A range of easy to fit stop ends, dedicated to Riva and Versa products and finished in white, which enable the open ends of pipe boxing runs to be easily and tidily closed off.
Joint covers
Allows extended pipe boxing runs to be achieved easily by providing a simple push fit connection between two or more lengths of pipe boxing.
Screws
Countersunk, cross head style 25mm long No.3 wood screws, which are recommended for fixing at 600mm centres along the length of the profile.

Fixing battens
For use with all pipe boxing and boiler casing products. Nominal dimensions of 25mm x 38mm x 2400mm long.
Soffit vents
Required to ventilate a gas pipe boxing to avoid any potential build-up of gas within the boxing if a leak should occur. The 2mm thick white plastic vent has an overall diameter of 50mm and requires a 35mm diameter hole for installation.
Document wallet
A durable clear plastic wallet sized to accept A4 documents, enabling the storage of boiler operating instructions together with maintenance and servicing information.

White plastic rectangular frame with hinged, removable door panel, available in the following sizes:
