Forma column casings – versatility, practicality & style
Forma metal column casings are part of Encasement’s extensive column casings range, offer a highly versatile solution for concealing interior and exterior structural steelwork, as well as building services, whilst also providing a stylish and durable finish to every project.
Bespoke manufactured from aluminium or stainless steel, Forma casings are available in thicknesses from 1.5mm to 3mm, depending on the profile and material selected, and are ideally suited for interior and exterior applications due to their inherent weather resistance and durability.
Produced using precision bending techniques, Forma can be specified in a selected range of standard diameters from 250mm to 1000mm, although most Forma casings are manufactured to individual dimensions and the specific requirements of individual projects, as well as in square, rectangular or hexagonal forms and unique custom profiles.
The choice of finishes is also very broad, and in addition to PPC coating options, in any RAL colour, various brushed, anodised, embossed and textured finishes can also be specified, including Rimex. Individual Forma casings can be used on projects with heights of up to 3000mm, while multiple casings can be stacked to reach extended heights.
Forma allows complete freedom to explore design possibilities, yet also enables architects, specifiers and contractors to have total control over the selection of materials, specifications, forms and finishes.
