Encasement on show at Enhancing Housing Services exhibition
Encasement is exhibiting at this year’s Enhancing Housing Services (EHS) conference and exhibition at London’s Park Plaza Victoria Hotel on 4th July, which brings together keynote speakers, government representatives and businesses focusing on the future of UK housing.
On show will be products from the company’s wide range of pipe casing and protection solutions for fire sprinkler systems, central heating and boiler pipework, as well as mains water, waste and heat recovery system pipes.
Full product and technical information on Encasement’s cost-effective FSC® certified plywood casings, as well as its ‘Arma’ metal pipe protection range, will be available for visitors to the stand.
Among the various topics being covered by the speakers and seminar programme at EHS 2018, is a presentation by Dame Judith Hackitt, who chaired the Independent Review of Building Regulations and Fire Safety, following the Grenfell Tower fire. Both her interim and final reports stimulated an increased focus on fire safety upgrades in high-rise blocks, which includes the retrofitting of fire sprinkler systems.
Encasement’s Managing Director, Martin Taylor, explained: “We have a long history of supplying pipe boxing and casing solutions to local authorities and housing associations for social and affordable housing, which also encompasses boxing to conceal fire sprinkler system pipework.
He added: “Housing remains a key priority for the government and EHS 2018 is an ideal opportunity for us to make direct contact with key delegates and present our messages of fire safety, sustainability, compliance and cost-effectiveness.”
